None of the gains made in the European Court of Justice ruling will find their way into national laws UNLESS we go back to court! Global threat?Europeans are at risk of losing access to thousands of life-supporting food supplements if the final stage of the ANH legal challenge is not successfully fought in the High Court in London later this year or early next. This doesn't mean that you can sit back and sigh with relief if you're not based in Europe: the EU legislation is an insidious threat with a wide-reach. Why?
