Your health rights are under threat
Three of the greatest threats to freedom of choice in healthcare include:
- Protectionist or overly restrictive European (EU) and international regulatory challenges (eg EU Directives/Regulations, Codex Alimentarius guidelines)
- Scientific misrepresentation of the safety and efficacy of nutrients and other complementary and alternative healthcare modalities
- Widespread resistance to adoption of natural healthcare approaches among the orthodox medical community

Legal Challenge
Many of you may have thought that the
legal challenge that we successfully brought to the European Court of Justice between 2003/5 was over and that nothing could be achieved by returning to the High Court in the UK.
This couldn't be further from the truth! None of the gains made in the European Court of Justice ruling will find their way into national laws UNLESS we go back to court!
Global threat?
Europeans are at risk of losing access to thousands of life-supporting food supplements if the final stage of the ANH legal challenge is not successfully fought in the High Court in London later this year or early next.
This doesn't mean that you can sit back and sigh with relief if you're not based in Europe: the EU legislation is an insidious threat with a wide-reach.
Why? Because, international guidelines based very closely on EU legislation are being developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission set up jointly by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
This means that what happens in Europe is likely to be exported to the rest of the world in a matter of years. To stop this happening you need to
